Transition

This will be a bit complicated. One of the reasons of why will be the formatting of the envelope to meet with the new system. For one, each address will get a new postal code. This will be the numeric for the county of the letter followed by a 4 alpha-numeric code. This code may not make sense, but the system will send the envelope to the right post office. Every county will have a primary distribution center, and the distribution center will send the letters to the appropriate community post office. The address will also be slightly modified. For example, if the premise is an apartment number, that number will come before the street address. For example, if John Smith lives in apartment 901 at 123 Anywhere Street, the address will start off like
John Smith
APT 901
123 Anywhere St.
City, Postal Code
Kingdom of Kaldus

This may seem a bit different of how it is done now, but the idea of the change is to provide a progressive addressing system. The last line will be the city, county, and postal code. The line above that is the street address, and the line above that would be any apartment after displaying the name the letter was intended for. This is designed to make it easier for the mail sorting machines to organize and process the envelopes. It will also be easier for postal carriers to know the address at hand, and therefore reduce mistakes.
