Every NIN with an active telephone number will be listed into the directory. A person can go to https://411.tel.ka, and use the lookup feature. The person will enter the name, and city/county of the party they wish to contact. Each positive result will have a link to the person’s NIN. In that page, the person will find the name, and at least one telephone number. The owner of the directory page can choose to add additional numbers that they use, email addresses, or even websites. At the bare minimum, the name and one telephone number is required.
